Additional Property Attributes

This site is a former auction house. The city of Jonesburg wishes to have an environmental site assessment conducted prior to the building's demolition.

The Phase I ESA identified the following RECs in association with the property: 1)An historic 60-gallon gasoline tank is listed as having once been on the site, 2)An historic grain elevator was listed as being southwest of the site, 3) Gas tanks have been located east of the site, 4) Suspect ACM is located in the building. The Phase I recommends additional investigation into the RECs, as well as a properly conducted asbestos survey prior to demolishing the building.
