Additional Property Attributes

This is a 21-acre site that is zoned for industrial use. There is currently one building on the property that is occupied by Brasch Manufacturing. The building is approximately 30,000 square-feet. The site was purchased by the City of Paris in 1996. Prior to that time, the site was used for pasture and cattle grazing. The anticipated future use for the site will be further development for industrial use.
