Additional Property Attributes

The site has been a restaurant/meeting hall from 2004 to present. There is one building with 15,925 square-feet in useable condition. Mid-East Agency on Aging (MEAA) has requested a Phase I Assessment prior to contracting for purchase. MEAA has applied to St. Louis County Economic Council for a grant from the St. Louis Port Authority Community Reinvestment Program to assist with the purchase.
