Additional Property Attributes

The Subject Property is located at 971 US Highway 158 Business West, Warrenton, Warren County, North Carolina, which is northwest adjacent to the intersection of US Highway 158 Business West and Read Road. The Subject Property consists of approximately 40.24 acres. Land use at the Subject Property has been confirmed by historical resources back to 1950, when the Subject Property appears to have been developed with a residential structure on the southern and southeastern portions of the site. The remainder of the Subject Property was either wooded and undeveloped or utilized for agricultural purposes. Agricultural utilization of the northern portion of the Subject Property appears to have ceased by 1993, rendering the Subject Property in its present-day configuration. This assessment has revealed no evidence of recognized environmental conditions (RECs), controlled recognized environmental conditions (CRECs), or significant data gaps in connection with the Subject Property. Based on information currently available for the Subject Property, it is our opinion that additional investigation is not warranted. The property is currently owned by Katzenstein Farms Inc. Future use of the property has not yet been determined.
