Additional Property Attributes

The property is maintained as a large recreational nature preserve in west Austin, providing over 200 acres of greenspace. There is a single-family home on the property that was built in the 1930s by the previous owner who purchased the tracts to create the preserve. The Phase I ESA report did not identify any RECs. The City purchased this property to maintain as greenspace and preserve access for Austin residents.
