Additional Property Attributes

wo heating oil underground storage tanks are present on the property
* A magnetometer survey and interviews indicated that there may be an underground gasoline storage tank located between the kitchen building and north of the adjacent Bed & Breakfast
* Interviews indicated there is a possibility that a gasoline tank may be present south of the kitchen building
* Lead based paint was found in the buildings
* Asbestos Containing Material was found in the buildings

* An ACM survey is recommended to assess the full extent of the ACM in the buildings-both friable and non-friable ACM were found in the building. The friable ACM appears to be in poor condition in some areas. According to the report, a previous owner had removed some of the ACM material but several trash receptacles and buckets, which were reported to contain friable ACM, remain throughout the basements of each building. Some of the boilers and piping still contain friable ACM, some of which is in poor condition.
* A LBP survey to assess full extent of the LBP in the buildings
* Additional site investigation should be performed in the area of the suspected gasoline underground storage tanks
* The underground storage tanks should be formally closed in accordance with state requirements

Analytical results do not indicate that the soil adjacent to the anomaly is impacted by petroleum compounds. Petroleum related compounds were not detected in any soil sample. No groundwater was encounter in the borings.
