Additional Property Attributes

The subject property was historically undeveloped from at least 1903 to 2006. The subject property was developed with the existing offices for the Rural Water Association around 2006. Adjoining/surrounding properties were undeveloped/agricultural from at least 1903 to the mid-1980s and mid-1990s. Eastern adjoining properties are currently undeveloped. Northern adjoining properties are currently residential (from at least 1985 to present). Western and southern adjoining properties are currently commercial/offices (from at least 2006 to present). This assessment has revealed no evidence of recognized environmental conditions (REC), controlled recognized environmental conditions (CREC), and/or significant data gaps (SDG) in connection with the subject property.
