Additional Property Attributes

The Subject Property consists of approximately 3.71 acres of land containing the Gila County Central Heights office complex. The site was native desert land until 1960. From 1960 until approximately 2007, the property housed a school (Central Heights School). From 2009 until present, it has been used as a commercial complex by various businesses. There are three buildings in existence on the property. The areas immediately surrounding the site are residential. Based on the scope of work for the Phase I ESA, this assessment has revealed no recognized environmental conditions in connection with the Subject Property. LBP: As a result, of the lead inspection conducted from October 2 to October 4, 2023, none of the components tested were positive for LBP among the buildings on the property as of the date of the survey. ACM: Bulk samples of building materials that may be impacted during future renovations, additions, or demolitions were collected and delivered to an accredited laboratory for analysis using polarized light microscopy (PLM) methods to determine asbestos content. Samples were collected from each building at the Site. No ACM was identified during this survey.
