Additional Property Attributes

This site is a former Amoco service station, SS16680, that is now home to several retail businesses. The site is in the Tanks Section database under the ID number ST9697 and may be PSTIF-eligible. The USTs appear to still be present and contamination is therefore possible. The site is adjacent to another subgrant site - also a former gas station - at 6692 Page Ave, which is now a vacant lot. A Phase II is warranted to determine if contamination is present from the USTs. No other RECs were identified. Although the Phase I is of good quality overall, the Sanborn maps and aerial photos referenced in the report were not included.
