Additional Property Attributes

A phase I ESA was conducted in 2006. This subject property is a former Marvin's Service Station that is now home to a commercial business, Al's Cuts and S (an apparent barbershop). The remaining half of the building is vacant. The subject property was identified in the Tanks Section database under ID numbers ST6167 and R6492 and may be eligible for PSTIF benefits. The site was closed by Tanks in 1999. The subject property is adjacent to a Clark gas station, but other than that no RECs were identified. A Phase II is necessary but have not been ordered.
