Additional Property Attributes

Property is part of a larger site historically owned and operated by the Pullman rail car company. The remaining 2.5 acres comprising the Property contains extensive soil impacts from lead, and groundwater and soil vapor are impacted by VOCs. The site is owned by the Veterans Resource Program which intends to construct veteran housing and support services at the site.
