Historical information, one (1) residence, and one (1) outbuilding are depicted within each tract (east and west) in Sanborn maps from 1932. The eastern residence appears to have been demolished by 1969, and the western residence appears to have been demolished before aerial imaging from 1979. The properties have remained undeveloped since. Adjoining properties are depicted as residential and were used from 1932 to 1969, and they remain so through to the present.
