Additional Property Attributes

Undeveloped, Lots Thirty-one (31) through Thirty-four (34), in Block Three (3), of White Orchard Addition, Oklahoma City. Gently sloping towards the west-southwest, approximately 1,219 feet above mean sea level across the Site. Site appears to have been first depicted as undeveloped land in topographic maps from 1892. Multiple structures were depicted on Site in topographic maps from 1934 and 1938, with a residence and outbuilding present in historical aerial imaging by 1941. Two (2) residences and two (2) outbuildings were present in aerial images through 1984, with demolition of all structures occurring by the 2006 image. Following demolition, the Site remained undeveloped land through the 2019 aerial image. The historical city directory listed the Site as a beauty shop, at 2025 NE 15th St, from 1950 through 1960. Historical aerial images show residences were present on Site during that time.
