Additional Property Attributes

On behalf of Globeville Elyria Swansea Coalition (GESC), EPA conducted a Phase I and II environmental assessment at 4790 Josephine St. The property was most recently used as a vehicle and material storage area for CDOT during the I-70 expansion project. An EPA Toxicologist reviewed the results of the Phase II assessment and determined that a community garden is a suitable reuse for the property. GESC has established and a garden and orchard on the property.
