Additional Property Attributes

Spirit Lake Tribe requested that EPA conduct a hazardous building material survey at the Ross Acres Unit #52. START V could not access the inside of the residential property and only the exterior of the property was sampled. The survey included sampling for potential asbestos containing materials (ACM) and screening for lead-based paint (LBP). Building material that was sampled did not contain asbestos. The LBP screening detected lead above the screening level. A dripline surface soil sample was collected and analyzed for lead and the sample did not exceed the EPA residential regional screening levels. A complete assessment of the interior is still needed.
