Additional Property Attributes

Spirit Lake Tribe requested that EPA complete a hazardous building material survey was conducted at the Tokio Store. The survey included sampling for potential asbestos containing materials (ACM), meth wipe sampling and screening for lead-based paint (LBP). Asbestos was not detected in the building material. Meth was not detected. LBP was detected in the interior of the building.
