Nearly the entire area is asphalt-paved and used for parking or ancillary, out-building storage, with only a small, landscaped area fronting South Holden Street. The subject property includes Salt Lake County (SLC) Assessor?s Parcel Number (APN) 21-26-479-022 and the southern 20 to 30 feet of land within APN 21-26-479-030. The northern section of APN 21-26-479-030, including the office building and adjacent parking lot area, is not involved in the redevelopment project, and is considered adjacent property to the north for purposes of this ESA.
