Additional Property Attributes

The subject property is recorded as SLC Assessor Parcel Number APN 21-26-479-031, encompassing 0.26 acre, having approximately 74 linear-feet of frontage to West Center Street on the south, and approximately 153 feet of frontage along South Stagg Street. The existing structure was originally constructed in 1995 as a two-story, stucco building offering 1,296 square feet of ground-level commercial space with office or multi-purpose space on the second floor. A single-story, concrete-block building expansion was integrated into the north side of the original structure in 1996, providing another 1,680 square feet of ground-level commercial space to the structural footprint. A third and final, single-story, brick-and-mortar building expansion was completed in 1997, adding 900 square feet of commercial space to the south side of the building complex, facing West Center Street. The commercial property is surrounded by approximately 4,500 square feet of paved parking on the west and north sides of the property, while brick-paver walkways define the main entrances to the commercial complex.
