Additional Property Attributes

Historical: Property was used as a salvage yard, primarily for automobiles, for multiple years. The business is now closed. Reuse Plan: The Raleigh County Commission has plans in place to redevelop the Former Piney Creek Salvage Yard for recreational use, including stream access for kayaks and canoes. The property will be used for recreational purposes by the general public/recreators. The Raleigh County Commission is incorporating recreational tourism throughout the county and this redevelopment is one piece of the county-wide plan. The Raleigh County Commission will maintain the property for recreational use
