Additional Property Attributes

Historical: Building was a public school but it is dilapidated and not in current use. Phase 1 to decide to help demolition of structures on the site and or transfer to potential developers. The subject property is currently owned by the City of Ronceverte, who acquired the property from Gary L. Moten, by virtue of a deed recorded March 25, 2022. The subject property consists of twenty-two (22) parcels of land located in a mixed-use area in Ronceverte, Greenbrier County, West Virginia. The subject property is located in the mixed corridor of residential and commercial property and is developed with multiple structures. Currently, the subject property is vacant and partially demolished. The following structures are located on the subject property: Elementary school & Kindergarten.
