Additional Property Attributes

The subject property is currently undeveloped with no improvements. The subject property is grass and dirt covered with vegetated area present on the northwest corner of the property. The subject property is currently owned by Go-Mart, Inc., who acquired the property from Marion Developers, LLC, by virtue of a deed recorded October 14, 2005. The subject property consists of four parcels of land located immediately behind Go Mart #081 in a mixed-use area in Nutter Fort, Harrison County, West Virginia. RECs: 2 recognized environmental conditions (RECs) were identified for the subject property and are summarized below: Due to the lack of available information regarding the current nature of the soil and/or groundwater conditions and what preferential pathways may exist, the potential for vapor intrusion from the current/historic use of the adjacent site as a dry cleaner is considered a REC in association with the subject property. Due to the lack of available information regarding the current nature of the soil and/or groundwater conditions and what preferential pathways may exist, the potential for vapor intrusion from the adjacent Go Mart is considered a REC in association with the subject property. Reuse: Currently the property is being planned for construction of a dental office.
