Additional Property Attributes

Historical: The subject property is currently developed with a four-story commercial structure (approximately 6,700 square feet (sq. ft.) formerly operated as Travelers Hotel. The structure is currently vacant and has not been occupied for approximately twenty years. According to information obtained from the Mercer County tax assessor's website, the building was constructed in 1920. Reuse: Proposed development plan use is for the building to be converted to rental housing. Local government entities support the conversion of the building to apartments.
