Additional Property Attributes

The 0.231-acre subject property is developed with a self-service and automatic car wash. The self-service car wash at the south end of the property is situated east of center and has its length running north to south. The self-service car wash has 4 ports and a central office bisecting the northern ports, 1 and 2, from the southern ports, 3 and 4. The automatic car wash is situated towards the northeast of the subject property and has an enclosed bay.
