Additional Property Attributes

The building was originally built in 1925 and served as a gym in its early years. The building has since undergone major renovations to add a third floor and become the administration building for pre-k through 12th grade public education for Minot Public School District 1. The building is listed in the National Register of Historic Places as contributing to the Minot Commercial Historic District. The scope of work included sampling of suspect asbestos-containing material (ACM) and lead-based paint (LBP). ACM and LBP were identified in the building.
