Additional Property Attributes

The Elijah Perry Park Site is an existing City park in the Centerville/Mt. Ephraim neighborhood of South Camden. Environmental assessment activities conducted at the site indicate the presence of contaminated historic fill material. Remediation activities will involve soil removal/disposal of contaminated soil material and placement of a cap (comprised of clean soil and hardscape surfaces) within the context of new park improvements to be constructed at the park immediately following the remediation effort.
