Additional Property Attributes

A Phase I ESA was conducted for Trinity Hospital Downtown including Health Center West, Thompson Apartment Building, Health Center East, and Trinity Hospital Downtown. The Health Center East building was constructed in 1927 as the Northwest Clinic. RECs were identified associated with a former automotive repair shop and gas tank located at the northwest corner of the intersection of 1st St SW and 4th Ave SW, five Hist Auto database listings, and the presence of a diesel UST south of 5th Ave SW between 1st St SW and Main St S.
