Additional Property Attributes

The Subject Property appeared to be vacant, grass covered land as early as 1918. A low-lying area was visible in 1938 on the western portion of the Subject Property. Trails were visible starting in 1938, which were reportedly walking trails for nearby residences. By 1972, the southern portion of the Subject Property was cleared and graded for planned residential development, a portion of a roadway was constructed in the southeastern portion, and a sewer lift station was present in the central portion. The residential development was completed, and the graded area was revegetated from the 1980s through the time of the site reconnaissance. At the time of reconnaissance, the Subject Property consisted of vacant, wooded land with access roads in the central portion with open areas in the south-central portion. A sewer lift station was also present in the central portion between the access roads. A discarded transformer, tires, mattresses, tents, and other household items were observed throughout the wooded areas and open areas of the Subject Property.

Surrounding areas consisted of vacant and/or agricultural land as early as 1918. By 1955, a residence was present to the northeast. Residential developments were present to the east, and south by 1972, and vacant grass-covered and wooded land were to the west and northwest. At the time of reconnaissance, the area to the north was vacant, wooded land and a residence, residential developments were to the east and south, and vacant, wooded land was to the west.
