Additional Property Attributes

SAP was created but work not completed due to access issue with land owner and leasees.

Former Use: The site was predominantly used for railroad activity (epot, train switching yard and commodities loading and unloading) since the early 1900s, possible even late 1800s. In addition to railraod activity, parcels of the property have been leased to private parties. The entire property is currently leased by California Northern Railroad and is predominantly used for field office spae, light maintenance, materials storeage, equipment loading / unloading, and a switching yard. Two private companies, Paulsen's Roofing and Polymold, a company that manufactures molded rubber products, have leased parcels of this property and are currently active. The majority of the property is currently vacant.
