Additional Property Attributes

Former Use: During the first half of the 19th century, the property was home to a linen mill, a grist mill, a dye house, and a machine shop. In 1868, the Vale Mills utilized the property for a textile mill. In 1902, a stone cutting business was located there. From 1903 to 1970 the property was occupied by the International Paper Box Machine Company which made paper packaging products and equipment. Sanders Associates operated at the property until 1974, after which the property was vacant.
