Additional Property Attributes

Former Use: The property is approximately 4.28 acres in size, and is occupied by a two-story office/warehouse building. Based on compiled information, the property was vacant land until approximately 1969-1970, when the existing building was constructed on the western portion of the property. The eastern portion of the property was vacant/wooded until approximately the late 1990s or early 2000s when it was cleared and covered with gravel. It appears that the southeastern corner of the building was formerly connected to the southernly adjacent building from the late 1980s until the late 1990s. Since its construction, the building has been occupied by several printing shops (i.e., Speaker, Hines & Thomas and CPI Graphics). The office portion of the building is currently unoccupied; however, the warehouse is being used by the current owner for storage of office furniture, building supplies, and recreational equipment.
