Former Use: 1007 S Main St The parcel appears to have been developed with three residential building structures in 1930 that consist of a residence, a detached garage and a yard barn. Since the residential building was constructed, it appears to have utilized for residential purposes through at least the mid 1980s. From the mid 1980s through early 2007, the building was occupied as professional office space. At the time the site reconnaissance activities were completed on August 16, 2007, the structure was vacant but a sign on the front of the building indicated it was for lease. The garage and the yard barn have historically been operated in conjunction with the operation of the main building structure. 1005 S Main St The parcel appears to have been developed with one residential building structure since 1910. Since the residential building was constructed, it appears to have utilized for residential purposes through at least the early to mid 1980s. The structure has been utilized for professional office space from the early to mid 1980s through at least the completion of the August 16, 2007 site reconnaissance activities. Also, the building has been updated and renovated several times throughout its history, according to tax assessment records. 5.3.6.3 131 Franklin Alley The parcel appears to have been developed with one residential building structure since 1860. Since the residential building was constructed, it appears to have been utilized for residential purposes, although according to assessment records, the building has been updated and renovated several times. Also within the last twenty years, a shed has been constructed on the parcel, which is located to the northwest of the residence. At the time the site reconnaissance activities were conducted on August 16, 2007, the residence was occupied and the parcel was being utilized solely for residential purposes.
