A Phase I was conducted under BF971196010. A Phase II was initiated under BF-97180301-0. A Supplemental Phase II and Class C Response Action Outcome report was completed under 2B-9611001-1.

Former Use: The site is an approximate 0.26-acre, teardrop-shaped parcel of land located in a predominately rural/residential area. The site was developed in the early 1900s and has been used as a variety store and a retail gasoline station since. An automobile service garage was also present at the site approximately 60 years ago. The site is occupied by a two-story wooden structure, featuring a small utility basement and crawl space. A small, one-story addition, with a slab-on-grade construction, is located adjacent to the northwest of the main structure. In July 2003 the store closed due to the owner's inability to operate the store. The convenience store re-opened in July 2010 by a lessee followed by the removal of two 2,000-gallon gasoline USTs in October 2010. The Site reached Permanent Closure through MNA in October 2015.
