Additional Property Attributes

Former Use: The property was developed in 1948 with a shipping warehouse occupied by Kirskey Motor Freight Inc. From at least 1956 until 1968, Truck Equipment Corporation and Associated Truck Lines, Inc. operated a truck repair business at the property. In May 1960, a 33-feet by 50-feet addition was constructed on the north side of the building. Sir Pizza converted the building to use for food preparation and storage in October 1968. In at least 1971, a toy company occupied a portion of the building. A fire destroyed part of the building, which was repaired in 1973. Sir Pizza occupied the building until 1994 when Northside Service, Inc purchased the property. Northside Service, Inc. owns and operates a towing office, automobile repair and storage business. Automobile repair is performed for the general public at the property. The property currently is used for a towing office, automobile repair and storage. Primary activities conducted by Northside Service include automobile and semi-truck and trailer repair and maintenance activities, installation of brakes, tires, tune-ups, oil changes, etc.
