Property Highlights

PPG Industries entered the BVCP in 1995. Phase I ESA was conducted prior to Crystal City purchasing the property. Aquaterra did not identify current recognized environmental conditions to the subject property. (PPF - PPG-Crystal City Phase 1, 9-28-07)

Former Use: Glass manufacturing plant since 1880. Glass production continued on the site until 1990, at which time PPG ceased production and razed all buildings on the site. So, the address, size & parcel #'s cannot be verified on the county assessor's website.
