Additional Property Attributes

Southwest CDC is determining whether to purchase the property. Since this assessment, Southwest CDC has not yet gone to settlement and consequently, an updated Phase I may be required.

Former Use: Prior to leasing the site in 2002, the site was used as a group day care and for office space by a community paper. Prior to those uses, the site was used as a woodworking shop and printing plant.
