Additional Property Attributes

The site, formerly housing a packaging distribution warehouse, is now being utilized as a facility to store trucks. The site was graded and there is now space to park up to 16 trucks on the premisis. The current building was renovated and is now used as an office. The purchaser plans on making addtional improvements to the site as the business grows.

Former Use: The site currently houses a warehouse for a packing supply company. The site was formerly owned by the adjacent petroleum refinery.
