The Talon Manufacturing site is an excellent possibility for redevelopment as an industrial park. The property is approximately 2,000 acres, the majority of whcih is not developable. However, approximately 20 acres was developed for Talon's operations. The developed portion includes a 30,000 square foot shell industrial building in excellent condition. Additionally, there is another 6,000 square foot industrial shell building also in excellent condition. There are two generouse sized building "pads" adjacent to teh shell buildings. All of this is accessed by an approximate 1/2 mile access road. This site would serve an immediate need for more industrial spaced that the county is currently lacking.

Former Use: Operated as munitions manufacturing/handling facility - dates unknown. Also past mining activities.
