Additional Property Attributes

Phase I assessment revealed no RECs in connection with the site. Site converted to Henry County Jail, 1.23 acres building and 0.94 greenspace.

Former Use: During assessment a garden center including a retail store and gift shop. In 1896 site was a residence, boarding house then Coon Creek Coal Company Lumber Co., Mayfield feed/seed. Owned by Gene E. Busker and Patsy M. Busker during assessment. Purchased by Henry County on April 15, 2008. Site converted to Henry County Jail, 0.94 acres greenspace and 1.23 acres building.
