Additional Property Attributes

Lab results indicate benzene, ethylbenzene and TPH-gasoline range above the default target levels in the Missouri Risk-Based Corrective Action MRBCA guidance. Per 4/11/2010 conversation with City Clerk, Betty, there is no redevelopment.

Former Use: Site is occupied by a single building and parking lot, that houses an automobile service center. Historically site was a gas station and machine shop.
