Additional Property Attributes

The Phase I ESA identified the historical presence of a 1500 gallon heating oil underground storage tank reportedly removed from the property in 1991 and a historical railroad spur located in the vicinity of the northern perimeter of the property from approximately 1913 until the middle 1970s.

Former Use: The property has been historically and currently used as offices for the Boy Scouts of America. A single story, concrete slab foundation on grade, brick-faced structure is located on the eastern region of the property. A parking area is located to the west of the main structure and a small storage shed is located at the northwestern region of the parking lot. Grassed open space is located throughout the reminder of the property and a gravel turn-around area is present near the southwest corner.
