Additional Property Attributes

A USEPA Cleanup was performed in January 2008 to remove stored chemicals generated from historical dry cleaning operations conducted onsite.

Former Use: The property contianed an abandoned dry cleaner. The City performed a Phase I ESA to qualify as a bona fide prospective purchaser in order to obtian the property on back taxes. Upon completing the Phase I ESA, the City worked with USPA, which performed a Time Critical Removal Action as a result of the abandoned drums and chemicals left in the facility.
