Additional Property Attributes

Former Use: The eastern region of Parcel 2A has been redeveloped into a retail grocery store. The western region remains open space. The issued NFR Letter meets commercial/industrial standards. That is sufficient for the eastern region. However, the proposed redevelopment of the western region contains a residential component. Therefore, the eastern region being re-evaluated in order to have a revised NFR Letter issued that meets residential standards.
