Former Use: The property encompasses a majority of the former manufacturing buildings making up the Barber Colman campus. The property has been divided into three sections. The western 1/3 (Rock Street Frontage), the middle 1/3 (Machine Shop Buildings), and the eastern 1/3 (River Region).
