This is a property within the Royal Oaks Light Rail Station Development Area. The area is not currently utilized to the extent to which local agencies would like. Redevelopment is hampered by groundwater contamination and the associated indorr air impact.

Former Use: A food distribution terminal with an UGST. The tank held diesel and gasoline. During tank removal solvents were detected in the ground water.
