Additional Property Attributes

New property owner plans to redevelop property for expansion of the Professional Massage Training Center (PMTC) facilities owned and operated on Commercial Street adjacent to the west of subject property. Plans are to develop a full service LEED certified day spa. This property was selected by EPA to participate in the Commercial Street Sustainability Pilot and is receiving reccomendations for sustainable elements to be included in the project from the EPA consultant Vita Nova. Architectual plans are under review in October 2009 by the City's Building Development Services.

Former Use: On-site print shop 1886-1910, filling station in 1933, furniture store in 1950s, various retail businesses since, and appliance store since 1992. Future day spa.
