A national developer is interested in this site for a mixed-use, commercial/residential, transit-oriented redevelopment. The site also includes the following addresses: 1914 Edison Avenue, 1346 19th Street, 1837 State Street - owned by the City of Granite City 1327 19th Street and 1338 19th Street - owned by the Madison County Transit Authority 1901 State Street - owned by Lesco Real Estate, Inc. 1917 & 1921 State Street - owned by U.S. Steel All of these addresses, including the Jerry's Cafeteria site, were included in the Phase I Assessment for $3,100. Separate property profiles for each of the above addresses were sent to the Project Officer, Romona Smith.
