Additional Property Attributes

Former Use: The subject property is an out-of-service Exxon Service Station located on a 50 ft. x 50 ft. corner lot in the center of downtown Throckmorton. The entire surface is paved with concrete and has a small building consisting of an office and two small bathrooms, and an attached garage with a service pit. The building is constructed of concrete block and the property is partially covered with a metal awning. The gasoline dispenser pumps have been removed but the small concrete island remains. The office is currently used as a Visitor Information Center for the Throckmorton Chamber of Commerce.
