Additional Property Attributes

The surrounding area includes predominantly industrial and commercial uses. A portion of the current on-site building was destroyed by fire in 1999 and subsequently demolished. The remaining portions of the building that are still standing: were also damaged by fire were subject to EPA Removal Actions primarily for asbestos containing materials and the removal and disposal of solid wastes and hazardous substances and were subject to scrap l scavenging. The site has also historically been known as Consolidated Foam. Former Use: The site is currently unused and includes a rail line and rail spur. The site was previously used for the storage and manufacture of printing inks.
