Additional Property Attributes

Former Use: The subject site was initially developed in the early 1900s and was first occupied by the Easton & Burnham Machine Company, who manufactured weaving equipment. Later occupants included the Charles Luther & Co. machinery manufactures, the New England Shortening Co., and the National Ring Traveler Co. threading equipment manufacturer. From the late 1960s to the early 2000s, the site was occupied by an industrial laundry facility, Standard Uniform Service. Additional occupants during this period included M&F Case Company and Perry Blackburn, plastics manufacturers. The main mill building was damaged by fire in 2007 and the site is currently vacant.
