Property Highlights

City plans are to build a updated and larger library on two of the parcels. During the construction, an interim library will operate out of the third building until the new one is finished. That remaining parcel will become the parking lot for the new library. Asbestos survey is the supplemental assessment being done for future demolition of buildings.

Former Use: The Tee-Pee Building was built in the early 1900s as a bar/cafe. Most recently it was used as a flooring contractor showroom and a dance studio. The Rogue's Gallery has been used as an antique store with a residence added on later in the back, and the current library building were built in the early 1970s and owned by Southwest Parks and Monuments Association before the city acquired it.
